PICK-UP AND RE-HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

When to pick up

Order pick-up is available 8:30AM – 2:00PM on Wednesday, December 24. When placing the order, you selected a time on this day. If you skipped this step on accident, the next available time slot was selected automatically. Please check your emailed receipt, and give us a call at (913) 362-0803 or submit a ‘contact us’ form if you need to change your pick-up time and/or day.

***Please note that late-day pick-ups will not be available, as we are closing at 3:00PM on Christmas Eve!***

Where to go

Order pick-up is located in our dining room. You can enter through our North entrance directly into the dining room. Check in with your name, and we’ll bring the order out to you! {We appreciate your patience as we package your orders.}

Reheating Your Meal

All items are fully cooked and only need to be heated to serving temperature.

Braised Beef Short Rib

– Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

– Remove lid from both containers. Place silver container with short rib on the center rack of the preheated oven.

– After about 5 minutes, place the black and gold container with the vegetables in the oven.

– Cook both for another 10-15 minutes, or until heated through.

Pan-Roasted Amish Chicken Breast

– Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

– Remove lid from black and gold container and pour sauce atop chicken and vegetables. (Sauce may be heated separately in a sauce pan if desired for plating.)

– Place uncovered tray on center rack of preheated oven and cook for 15 minutes, or until heated through.
