Made in France is a group of native French speakers performing French classics throughout the Kansas City area. Their mix of lighter French pop tunes arranged with vocals, guitars & drums will give you a tasting of different popular genres spanning the decades of soft and relaxing music.

Claire Adams

Bassist, guitarist, singer and songwriter, Claire Adams has played with blues rock outfit Katy Guillen & The Girls, Kansas City chamber ensemble The Classical Revolution, and roots rock artist Samantha Fish. Currently, Adams is playing solo, collaborating with string quartet Rewound, and performing with jazz pianist Alyssa Murray and drummer Fritz Hutchison

Matt Hopper

Matt Hopper is a jazz guitarist based in Kansas City. Hopper started playing guitar at 12 years old. He is now a renowned artist in the Kansas City jazz scene, popping up around town with his band Agora, The Matt Hopper trio, and Boogaloo 7.

Ezgi Karakus Trio

Ezgi completed her Doctor of Musical Arts in Cello Performance at the University of Missouri – Kansas City Conservatory of Music & Dance under Prof. Carter Enyeart, Mark Gibbs, and Micheal Mermagen. Additionally, she was chosen to perform for Yo-Yo Ma’s Master Class at the Kauffman Center of the Performing Arts on March 22, 2018. Currently, Ezgi is an Adjunct Professor of Cello at Missouri Western State University, Emporia State University, Ottawa University, a teaching artist at the Harmony Project Kansas City, a section cellist at the Topeka Symphony, a substitute cellist at the Symphony of Northwest Arkansas and Kansas City Symphony.

Alyssa Murray is a pianist, vocalist, and songwriter currently residing in Kansas City, Missouri. Through her original work, Alyssa aims to combine the harmonic and rhythmic elements of jazz with the narrative sophistication of contemporary folk.

Adam Schlozman is a guitarist from Kansas City, Missouri, where he is involved in many facets that make up its jazz scene and spanning many other genres. Adam pays homage and reaches for depth through the history of the music he plays while constantly striving for originality as well.
